Established in Manitoba in 1998 as a litigation firm, Green & Dixon represents local, regional and national clients in a wide range of civil litigation. Our practice focuses on the defence of health professionals and others in malpractice actions, commercial and construction disputes, insurance law and the provision of counsel to public inquiries. We have extensive experience in advocacy, appearing before all levels of the court system, and are skilled in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
